Directions
The Main Entrance is located at 115 College Avenue, In between the Lyric Theater and the corner of College Ave and Main St. Instructions for use of the entry system are scrolling across the LCD screen. Reserved Parking may be arranged through the Property Manager.

FAQ
Parking: Each lease includes one parking space per bedroom. Private spaces are reserved in a numbered lot conveniently located near the complex.
Storage: Residents may use storage room in complex but must sign an additional addendum.
Pets: Pets of reasonable breed and size are allowed. Residents must provide a completed pet addendum to the property manager.
Utilities: Residents are responsible for electricity; however a flat rate (varying depending on unit) may be arranged with owners as part of the lease to include electric as an added convenience for residents.
Lease Terms: Pricing is based on 12 Month agreement. 6+ Months Preferred; Inquire for specific dates and potential availabilities.
